These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Central PA Realty website and any related services provided by Jonathan Nelsen ("Jonathan") and Do Social Smarter, LLC (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Services Provided

• 1.1 Central PA Realty provides a lead generation platform for real estate professionals and other related services.
• 1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

• 2.1 Users agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
• 2.2 Users are prohibited from:
  • Misusing the platform, including but not limited to submitting false or misleading information.
  • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform.
  • Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality.

3. Ownership of Content and Platform

• 3.1 Jonathan Nelsen and Do Social Smarter, LLC retain exclusive ownership of the website, platform, and all intellectual property related to Central PA Realty, including but not limited to lead data, design, and proprietary software.
• 3.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the website without prior written consent.

4. Lead Generation and Access

• 4.1 Access to leads generated by the platform is limited to authorized users as outlined in individual agreements.
• 4.2 Jonathan retains the exclusive right to use, sell, or distribute leads generated by the platform unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

• 5.1 The platform and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 5.2 Jonathan and Do Social Smarter, LLC are not liable for:
  • The quality, quantity, or accuracy of leads generated by the platform.
  • Any losses, damages, or claims resulting from real estate transactions conducted using leads from the platform, including but not limited to transactions involving real estate investors, wholesalers, realtors, or homeowners.
• 5.3 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jonathan and Do Social Smarter, LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the platform or services, including claims made by homeowners or third parties regarding real estate transactions facilitated through the platform.

6. Payments and Fees

Payments and fees for platform access and related services are subject to individual agreements. Users agree to timely payment of all fees as outlined in their agreements. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform and services.

7. Termination

• 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform and services at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms.
• 7.2 Users remain liable for any outstanding payments or obligations under their agreements, even after termination.

8. Confidentiality

Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information provided through the platform, including but not limited to lead data and marketing strategies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
• 9.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to Terms

• 10.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the website or email.
• 10.2 Continued use of the platform and services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
